Expanding Space with a Garage And Dormer Addition

For this residential project, our team completed a garage addition designed to match the home’s existing structure and style. We handled everything from the frame to the finish work. The new two-car garage provided much-needed storage and improved functionality while maintaining the property’s curb appeal. The old garage was converted to a living space, with stairs leading to a large room above.

During another phase of this homes renovation, a dormer addition in the rear of the home provided a larger bathroom, and modern bedrooms. A unique exposed roof was then built giving the homeowner a beautiful outdoor entertaining area. All designs of this project were done by Dargie Contracting and the homeowner.
